New Pandemic On The Horizon?

A quick scan through the most recent news articles on bird flu on this first day of January 2025 reveals an outbreak in poultry and cows spreading across the United States at an alarming rate. Cases are also being discovered in Europe, Asia and Africa.

In December, the Governor of California issued a state of emergency after they discovered cases increasing in dairy cows. While the virus has not spread from human to human, the CDC and other experts are already sounding the alarm after the virus mutated in a person from Louisiana who was hospitalized with the disease last month.

Is another pandemic on the horizon in 2025? Is the mainstream media kicking into high gear? Will the new Trump administration react or take a wait and see approach?
